Finding ways to protect our planet has always been important to me. It permeates my everyday and is something I wanted embedded in my business. So last year, I set myself the task of making Mei Photography more sustainable and eco-conscious.
After a lot of research and many trials, I am very proud to announce that not only have I changed my product line to be more environmentally friendly, I have also established a partnership with Trees for Life (a registered Scottish charity). For every booking, I will donate part of the profits to plant at least one tree to help restore the Caledonian forest.
One Booking = One Tree (or more!)
Trees for Life are a pretty incredible charity. Their work not only protects forests but it also restores native flora and fauna to the Scottish Highlands. You can find out more about them here.
And it does not end here. In the not too distant future, I will become even more carbon-conscious and I will offset my carbon footprint with more trees. I promise to keep finding ways to give back to our planet.
Thanks for all your support!

Trees for Life: restoring the wilderness
Trees for Life is an award-winning charity working to restore Scotland’s ancient Caledonian Forest. Our long-term vision is to restore natural forests and rare wildlife to a spectacular wilderness region of the Scottish Highlands, including our 10,000 acre Dundreggan Estate.
Our work is about people as much as places. Our conservation work is carried out by volunteers and funded by our members, charitable trusts, corporate supporters and people who dedicate a tree or grove.
