Frequently Asked Questions:

I’m currently on Maternity Leave from 16th August 2018 until early 2019.

How do I book?

  • Really simple – just get in touch and we can find a date and time that suits. (If you prefer Facebook you can also reach me on there via messenger)
Before you call or email it’s really helpful if you have:
  • Chosen a session package –  please check the session packages available on the information page.
  • Thought of a few dates and times that suit you and your family – sessions are available from 9 am almost every day (sometimes earlier depending on the time of year and type of shoot)
  • Read the Terms & Conditions

How do I pay?

  • Once we’ve arranged your photography experience and agreed on the best date, I will send you an invoice with the booking contract. I accept payment via bank transfer (UK bank), Paypal or cash. Bookings are not confirmed until deposits have been received.

Can I buy Gift Vouchers?

  • Of course! If you’re buying a portrait session as a gift please let me know and I can arrange a gift voucher to be sent to you. These are available as e-vouchers. Give the lucky person their lovely gift and Voila! Your awesome gift selection is done. Your loved one can get in touch to arrange their personalised photography session. They usually have between 6 months and a year to do this depending on the type of voucher you bought them.

I’ve booked a portrait photography session and would like to order more prints.  How much are they?

  • Check out the current price-list for people who have had a portrait session with Mei Photography – Price Guide 2018 or Price Guide 2018 Eur. If there’s a different size of print or canvas you would like please just ask and I’ll see what I can do.
